David Anderson, 84, longtime resident of West Palm Beach and primary benefactor of the Triangle Club, Inc., passed away peacefully on October 4, 2013. Born in Steubenville, OH, David relocated to West Palm Beach in 1954 to join his father, Charles Anderson, owner of the Guaranty Building in downtown West Palm Beach. David founded and retired from his franchise company, Incotax, Inc., in the 1970s. David has devoted his time and energies to helping alcoholics for the past 50 years and has worked tirelessly helping his fellow men and women recovering from alcoholism. He served on the board of directors as lifetime trustee at his beloved Triangle Club, Inc., and was a board member of CARP, Inc. David is survived by his adoring wife, Kathy; son, Charles K. Anderson of Seal Beach, CA; step-daughter, Christi Hetzel of Royal Palm Beach; six grandchildren, Alison, Laura, Molly and Andy Anderson and Christian and Sydney Hetzel. He also leaves behind his brother, William B. Anderson of Lake Worth, FL; nieces, Stacey and Vallyn; and nephews, William, Jr. and Jordan Anderson, in addition to a host of devoted and grateful friends and beneficiaries of his legacy. The family received friends on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. A Memorial Service in celebration of David's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at the Triangle Club, 1369 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (561) 832-1110. In lieu of flowers, it was David's hope that much-needed donations be made to the Triangle Club, Inc., 1369 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 in his memory.
