STEVENS, Marissa Lauren

Born: July 11, 1987 - Died: February 10, 2014. Life began with difficulty. At birth her heart was not well formed and as a small child suffered the trauma of open heart surgery. Rebounding, with a beautiful smile she overcame many obstacles, attended St. Juliana School, Cardinal Newman High and St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN. She worked in Palm Beach Gardens at the Palm Beach County Public Library for seven years. She is survived by her mother and father, Maureen and Henry Stevens. Sisters and brothers are Anna (Dennis) Yeskey, Mary (Peter) Vehslage, Sophia (Marcel) Sanso, Christina (Sven) Magnuson Henry (Catherine) Stevens III, Susan Stevens and Ben Stevens. Her nieces and nephews are Alexis (Jen), Angelo and Anna Marie Yeskey; David (Abigail), Regina, Jennifer, Drake, Theresa, and Mary Catherine Vehslage; Christian Ferris, Sebastian and Maddi; Erin, Andrew and Henry IV Stevens; Jacob and Emily Magnuson. She will be dearly missed by her Grandmother, Anna Stevens Cascarino, many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Contributions may be made to: St. Juliana School, 4355 S. Olive Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33405 in memory of Marissa Lauren Stevens. A Visitation and Wake Service will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation & Event Center at Hillcrest, 6411 Parker Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33405 on Sunday Evening, February 16, 2014 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Mass of Resurrection will be Celebrated, 1:00 PM Monday, February 17, 2014 at St. Juliana Catholic Church, 4500 S. Dixie Hwy., West Palm Beach, FL 33405. MAY SHE REST IN PEACE
