His other loves were going on various gambling venues throughout the United States and traveling with his wife, Sharon on Cruise Ships and Jet Setting by air to various countries internationally and stateside. Some of his more memorable trips included the New England Cruise, the Alaskan Cruise and Carribean Ports of Call. His wit, wisdom, charm and great personality made him an all around sport to be with for any occasion. Ernie was the son of one of the visionary and pioneer people of West Palm Beach, Father Emmanual Bouyoucas. His father was a Pastoral Priest who was instrumental in building the Church Hall for St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church in West Palm Beach; which is used every year to celebrate the Greek Festival and many other church functions throughout the year.
