1959 - 2014 | Obituary Condolences
REILLY, Walter

Walter Aloysius Reilly III, 54, of West Palm Beach, FL born November 12, 1959 and passed July 7, 2014. He is the son of the deceased Walter A. Reilly, Jr. and Maureen E. (McAuliffe) Reilly. Surviving Walter is his wife of 20 years, Cynthia (Meyer) Reilly, and their three sons, Kyle Reilly, Shane Reilly, and Eric Reilly, of West Palm Beach, FL. Walter is also survived by three siblings: sisters, Brenda Cantwell, of Ormond Beach, FL, Maureen Bejany, of Weston, FL, and brother, William Reilly, of Jacksonville, FL; two loving aunts, Maureen Reilly, of Palm Bay, FL, Brenda (McAuliffe) DiGiovanni, of Belmont, MA; and many nieces and nephews. Walter grew up in Miami, FL and graduated from Palmetto Senior High School in 1977 and later Miami Dade College. He served in the Navy from 1978-1981 as a U.S. Navy Submariner. Then Walter worked for FP&L, retiring in 1998 after 15 years. He started his second career with the United States Marshals Service in 1998. He was promoted to the Investigative Operations Division as a Supervisory Inspector. Walter was a devoted husband and father who loved his family above all else. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 1:00PM at The Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola, 9999 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation will be at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Parkway, Royal Palm Beach on Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM. Our deepest gratitude goes to Walter's friends and the U.S. Marshals Service for all their help, love, and support. There are in the end three things that last: faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love. (Corinthians 13:13) We love you Walt.
