Born on October 26, 1951, in Meadville, Pennsylvania to Bill T. Allen and Helen L. Allen, and passed away on February 3, 2006 at the age of 54.
William is survived by his Father, Bill T. Allen, Stepmother Barbara Allen, wife Mary Jacobs Allen, brothers Richard Allen, Robert Bogus and Mark Allen, sisters Peggy Bender, Pamela Allen and Susan Menches, children Bridgett and Christopher, and three grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral services scheduled for Thursday, February 9, 2006 , at 1:00 p.m., Calvary Chapel Magalia, Dogtown Rd. at Skyway, Magalia. The Chapel of the Pines will be handling the funeral arrangements.
