Gregory W. Wauhop, born May 26, 1948, died on June 24, 2013, in the VA Hospital in Reno, NV.
He had been suffering from congestive heart failure. He lived in Paradise for fifty years and graduated from Paradise High School. Greg served in the
during the Viet Nam War and was wounded by "friendly fire." In his later life, Greg was interested in buying, selling, trading and collecting guns.

He is survived by his sister, Janet, his brother-in-law, Jack. two nephews, Anthony William and Quentin Richard Stella, and many cousins, (the Woolard clan). But most importantly he is survived by many great and dear friends, some of them known as his "sisters and brothers from another mother."
He will be sorely missed for his generosity, quirky sense of humor and his love for friends and family.
