NEIMAN, Bob
90, dies; Memorial Saturday

Robert Eugene Neiman, Jr., a resident of Fullerton and formerly of Whittier, died on Valentine's Day at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton. He was 90.

He was my Battalion Commanding Officer at Fort Knox in 1953. The best I had in my Army experience.
I found him online several years ago, and I visited him in Fullerton two years ago. I am thankful for that visit, and I'd like to think that he was too. He will be missed by this old sergeant.
