He was born on November 4, 1938 in Fillmore, to Federico and Maria Barraza, the sixth of eleven children. Family, friends, and others whose lives Fred touched are invited to the Todd Memorial Chapel in Pomona for a viewing on Friday November 30 from 5-8PM and a funeral service on Saturday December 1 from 1:30 - 2:30 PM followed by a reception at the White Avenue Baptist Church, 675 S. White Ave, Pomona, CA 91766.
