Dear Keith, I am so sorry to hear about Pat's passing. She was my buddy that went to the Derby Restaurant frequently on Mondays. I was unable to attend the service because I was in the hospital. She was one of my favorites and a Dear Friend.

Pat gave so much of herself to so many of us. If Pat believed in you - and she believed in so many of us, you couldn't help but believe in yourself. Thank you, Pat, for your grace.

I was also hired by Pat Barney, and respected her greatly as a colleague and a friend. I remember fondly the lovely parties she would throw in her Pasadena home at Christmas. It was a pleasure to know her and work with her.
