Born the youngest of ten very close siblings raised in Azusa, California. Tim was an athlete, playing Little League then football for Azusa High. He met the love of his life in 9th grade and after graduating in 1981 he joined the Air Force. They were married in 1983 while he was on leave. Upon completion of his service to the USAF Tim moved to the High Desert, beginning his career in the construction field. He was well respected by everyone he worked with and was able to help many loved ones join him in his trade. Famous for being a BBQ chef, hosting family events, his laugh, generosity, love for life, family and friends were endless. He'd give you the shirt off his back or the last dollar in his pocket. He brought joy to everyone he knew and contributed immeasurably to the fabric of his large family. Predeceased by parents Frank and Jo-Ann and brother, Alfred. Leaving to cherish his memory his wife of thirty years Teresa and their sons whom he was very proud of-Neil, Nick, Jeff, Joel and their families, including four beautiful grandchildren. Tim is survived by several dozen loving relatives, dear friends and "honorary Mannings" too numerous to name. Rest easy in the peace of God until we see you again. "May your glass be ever full, may your roof be ever strong and may you be in heaven half an hour before the Devil knows you're dead" - Irish blessing. Viewing 3/5 5-8pm Desert View Memorial Park, Victorville. Burial 2:15 at Riverside National Cemetery
