Bernice Keininger Obituary
Bernice Keininger
Beloved Bernice Keininger was reunited with her late husband, Irv, and Robert, her precious brother, when she passed softly in her sleep in the early morning of March 31, 2012. She was ninety.

Family and friends retain the memory of Bernice, replete with stories of dedication to loved ones and professional success. Survived by many, loved by all, she celebrated more than five decades with husband and veteran Irv Keininger in Sylmar, California, where she eagerly served the American Legion Auxiliary as Secretary, Treasurer, even President.

Bernice was known as "Bea" to her various Burbank coworkers in aerospace: for over thrity years, she installed electronics for the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation's most sophisticated reconnaissance vehicles, among them the U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird. She never relinguished the nickname Bea.

Bea rested in her last days among loved ones in Claremont who on Saturday, April 14, will join friends and family at Mission Hills Catholic Mortuaty, 11160 Stranwood Ave, Mission Hills, CA 91345, at 1:00pm, to cherish her full and complete life in the presence of the Lord.
