L.M. Wheeler, beloved husband of Lee Wheeler and beloved brother of Sam Wheeler found that perfect golf swing on that perfect golf course in that perfect place called HEAVEN, February 25, 2012. He was 83 years young. He served in the
. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, including (like a son) brother-in-law Dean Parker, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
L.M. retired from General Dynamics Aerospace in 1989, as an experimental inspector. He was a dedicated philanthropist toward domestic animals, and wild birds (which are critical to our survival!) He and wife, Lee, devoted much of their 48 years of marriage to helping them. His other enjoyments were spending time with family, friends and hiking the San Bernardino Mountains and Mt. Whitney.
L.M.'s wish was to be cremated and to have no funeral or memorial service. Instead, to be remembered by doing a kindness to someone or some thing.
Rest in peace dear husband and brother. Enjoy the company of family, friends, and animal life who have already crossed the threshold into HEAVEN. We love you and miss you!
