Low, Dr. Wayne Ronald - Riverside
DR. WAYNE RONALD LOW passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at his home in Riverside, California. He was 59 years old. He is survived by his wife Chrissy; his children Eric, Mitchell, and Allison; his parents Ronald and Denise; and his sisters Donna, Suzette, Glenda, and Arlene. Born in Trinidad, Wayne made his home in Riverside for over 48 years. After graduating from Riverside Poly High School, the University of California Riverside, and Loma Linda Dental School, Wayne practiced at Low Family Dentistry for 27 years. He was also heavily involved with the Rotary Club of Riverside and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Wayne's kindness, boundless optimism, good humor, and commitment to his family are the foundations of his legacy. He loved nothing more than spending time with his family, whether traveling or simply watching his children play sports. Wayne's travels took him around the world, from Jamaica to Panama and throughout Europe, but always, he carried his family and his love for them along with him. Throughout his life, no matter what challenges he faced or what setbacks he encountered, Wayne remained upbeat, with an infectious smile on his face and a tendency to hug anyone and everyone he encountered. That attitude earned him a large number of life-long friends, as well as the respect and adoration of his patients, but also, it meant that he touched the lives of everyone, always leaving them better off. Even the lives he touched fleetingly were made better by his presence. Wayne's legacy of love and kindness will live on through his children and grandchildren. A memorial celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 4th at 1:00 p.m. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, with a reception following in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
