I worked with Chuck at The Hartford in Southern California and the Home Office in Hartford. He was a good friend through the years. I still miss our noon-time walks and lunches together. I had the good fortune to see him after retirement in Connecticut and in California.

The Tolbert Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. I worked with him for many years at The Hartford. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Mary Granato
