To Sarah and all the family. I just want you all to know that you are in our prayers and thoughts during this time of loss. I also know there is a great celebration in heaven as Howard has joined the rest who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. Death is so painful because life is so precious. Live every moment of your life by the pattern of joy Howard has given you.

Dear John, Sarah and Theresa, So sorry to hear of Howard's passing. Your loving tribute of him in the obituary says it all. What a kind and gentle man he was! He was my favorite of all the Pofahl uncles and I don't think I ever saw him with a frown on his face or an unkind word to say of anyone. You had a great father and role model and you were lucky to have him for as long as you did.
I know you will miss him, but concentrate on all the good time you had with him and the lessons he taught you. Julie Pofahl
