Have missed Marian for many years as our lives have taken us to different places.
Marian's mother, Eva, and my mother, May Pratt, grew up together in western MO. I recall mother saying that Eva spent more time at her home than her own. In Trona, the Stegar family lived across the alley from us and our families spent much time together as one might expect of relatives. Marian was more like a cousin than just a neighbor. She was quite pretty, a little older, and I looked up to her as one might look at an older sister. I have missed her and will continue to do so.
