Marie Hardy Memoriam

MARIE DAY HARDY December 1, 1953 ~ December 7, 2009 You went home to heaven much too soon. We are all trying to figure out why he needed you to join him so quickly. Maybe he loved your great smile and your contagious laugh as much as all of us? You put up a great fight and for 14 months you were in remission. Colt still calls our home "Grammy\'s house" & the car is still "Grammy\'s car". We ask Colt every night who loves you the most? He still answers with his big smile "Grammy Does". You are truly missed by all who loved and knew you for any length of time! Moira is missing you beyond words. I try to think of all the things that come natural to you to make Moira know how much she is loved. She is so lucky to have you as her Grammy. Everything is pretty much the way it was when you were here at home. After all this time it is still hard to come home & not have you kiss & hug me, making me feel loved and always needed! Until we meet again green eyes remember I love you bunches. Miss & Love you always, Mike, Brenda, Sean, Kirsten Chalea, Nikki & Shari and all the rest of your family.

You will be forever in our hearts. I can still see that big smile of yours and that unique laugh will be forever ingrained in our memories. You are missed every day by all who loved you.

Just last week Anna said to me "Mom what do you think Little Gramma is doing in heaven?" I just smiled and said "Whatever she wants". Anna said "Can she see me?".. Yup. We miss you each day but Dad has really stepped up and takes your place the best he can. He has to listen to all my stories now and is a trooper. Today Elizabeth Edwards joins you. I know you'll show her around. I love you. Chalea
