1971 - 2011 Obituary Condolences
MONTE JOSEPH WILLIAMS Born in Council Bluff, IA to Marijo and Bill Williams, on July 8, 1971 and passed away suddenly on February 14, 2011 in Riverside, CA. Monte was six when the family moved from Chicago to Corona, CA. He graduated from Norco H.S. and the University of California at Riverside with honors. His plan in life was to teach. He was a great English/Literature teacher. His other loves of life were music, arts, and traveling. After getting his Master\'s degree, he got his credential to teach art. He traveled Europe, Africa, India, and South America; he has climbed the Andes Mountains and trekked the Himalayans...buying various types of stringed instruments along the way. His band, Spiderworks still plays a few gigs. He will be greatly missed by parents; mother, Marijo Williams, father and stepmother, Bill and Mary Williams; brother, Mark (Sherri); sister, Tierni (Kevin) Hough; step-brother, Todd Hornick; 2 step-sisters, Kristine Beal, Kimberly (Michael) Armstrong; nieces, Allison and Janna; nephews, Mat, Evan, Jason, Kyle and Lucas; as well as many close friends and students. To honor Monte a Memorial Service is scheduled for Monday, February 21, 2011 at Crossroads Christian Church, 2331 Kellogg Avenue Corona, CA 92881, Viewing will be from 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM Small Chapel and 1:00 PM Memorial in the Plex.
