Robert Munson Obituary

ROBERT P. MUNSON February 20, 1947 ~ November 26, 2010 Robert "Bob" Paul Munson was born February 20, 1947 in Glendale, California to Lester and Dorothy (Grieser) Munson and passed away in Riverside, California, Friday, November 26, 2010 at the age of 63 years. Bob served our country with courage and honor in the Viet Nam War, as a member of the United States Navy. He worked for the Gas Company as an appliance service representative for 35 years, retiring in 2003. Bob has enjoyed retirement, offroading, remote cars, woodworking, trips to Big Bear, drinking beer with family and friends, gardening and fixing houses. He was a very proud husband, father and grandfather and was loved by all for his personality, humor, love, support and his funny stories. Beloved husband of Barbara Munson, his greatest love and devoted wife for 32 years. Loving father of Robert Munson, Jr. of San Clemente, CA, William Munson of Santa Clarita, CA and Angela Clabaugh of Riverside, CA. precious grandfather of 6 grandchildren. dear brother of Richard Munson, Dave Munson and Cathy Bautista. Also survived by his step-mother, Betty Munson and his yellow lab "Sunny". A Celebration Party of Bob\'s Life will be held Saturday, January 8, 2010 at 2:00pm at his home in Riverside, CA.
