Vollie Deisem Obituary

VOLLIE C. DEISEM September 20, 1918 ~ September 1, 2010 Vollie Calley Deisem was born on Sept. 20, 1918 in Shallowater, TX, Lubbock County, the daughter of Thomas Clint Calley & Dovie Houston Calley. Vollie passed away surrounded by family on Sept. 1, 2010. Although she is dearly missed, she rests in peace with our heavenly father. She is survived by her beloved children Harley A. Deisem, Jr. and Karen E. Springer, their spouses Kathy Deisem and Ted Springer II, grandchildren Harley Deisem, III, Jenny Thiessen, great-grandson Noah Thiessen, former husband and friend Harley A. Deisem Sr. Services will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, October 2nd, at Calvary Presbyterian Church located at 4495 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, 92501. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to have donations made to Siempre Para Los Ninos ("Always for the Children") C/O Central Community Church, 5623 Arlington Ave., Riverside, CA 92504.
