On behalf of the Huerta family, we would like to extend our condolences to the Gurrola family. My parents, Della and Mon, enjoyed many happy memories with Sid and Gloria. I will never forget how much fun the men used to have when they would get together to play cards. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am very glad and honored to have met and worked with Deacon Sid at our parish Our Lady of Perpetual Help. His family and he were such as great inspiration and an example to follow. He was always kind and always ready to listen to whatever problems the community or I had. He encourage me especially to keep going higher with my education, not to give up and to help the community. I also want to thank him and his wife for being instrumental in our church having Spanish mass/community and our other 3 communities as well.
He will be greatly missed by many. He was a great man and deacon. May he rest in peace after such a long struggle.- The Corral Family

I thank Rose for sharing her Dad with me; allowing me to speak on his behalf to our Father above for many prayers. A true man of God you are. You will be missed but never forgotten. I will always remember Sid as a beautiful person that I had the pleasure to work with here at RCC for many years. He was a dear friend who was always there to listen when you had a problem or just wanted to chat. He will be truly missed. My condolences go out to his family.

My uncle Sid was a true man of God who always expressed God's love with his kind and meek nature, always loving his family and extending his hand to people. I have truly been blessed by his life, and have always used his example of Love to help me in my life!
