NORMA JEAN HENSHAW Age 83, passed away November 1, 2007 in Riverside. Born April 11, 1924 in Bedford, PA, and having lived in the East early in her life, Norma knew she wanted to live the rest of her life in California when she arrived in 1959. In California she worked at the Riverside Businessmen's Association in downtown Riverside for two years and then joined Security Pacific Bank, where she handled consumer credit, finally retiring in 1979. A lifelong traveler, Norma felt fortunate to have traveled extensively in Europe as part of a military family, and later as a cruise enthusiast. Her travels also took her on many adventures with others in the RV world all over California and Arizona for many years. She always felt fortunate to have made so many lifelong friends through her travels and was enriched by them. Norma enjoyed avid reading, card playing, and following the entertainment world. She is survived by the love of her life , James, husband of 64 years; daughter, Paulette Pierce of Pasadena; son, Stephen Henshaw of Canyon Lake; granddaughters Jenny Chance of Redlands, and Erin Walters of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, plus two great-grandchildren with two more expected soon.
