Joseph Edward Reynolds went to be with the Lord December 8th, 2017 in Clarksville, TN. Joe was born in Boise in 1935, the youngest of three children.

After graduating from Boise High, he joined the military, first the army and later the air force. While in the service, Joe became a world traveler, visiting Japan, England, Italy, and Spain. He saw many hotspots during the 50's and early 60's including Berlin, Korea, Vietnam, and Cuba. He married Christine Nolan in 1967 at St. Michael's Cathedral in Boise and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year.

Together they raised their three children in Kenai, Alaska, where Joe worked for Tesoro Alaska Petroleum Corporation. After retiring from Tesoro, he and his wife retired to Boise, ID and later Clarksville,TN.

Joe loved woodworking and belonged to the Ada County Woodworker's Assoc. He made some beautiful mailboxes and nameplates which are scattered around the Boise area. Joe never sought anything for himself; always giving for his family, friends, country, and those in need.

Joe is survived by his sister, his wife, three daughters, a foster daughter, and eight grandchildren. The family asks memorials be given to , if desired.
