Former Kenai resident Peggy J. Berry, of Lake Hallie, Wis. died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Lake Hallie Memory Care. She was 84.
No services were held.
She was born on Sept. 19, 1929, in Inglewood, Calif. the daughter of Charles and Margaret (Hubbard) Griffith.
Peggy was the director of the Senior Center in Red Wing, Minn. for several years before moving to Eau Claire to retire.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Mike) Hanlin of Eau Claire, Wisc. ; granddaughter, Rebecca Hanlin of Minneapolis, Minn.; Kristina Berry of Modesto, Calif.; Daughter-in-law, Lisa Berry; brother, Bruce Ivie of Newhall, Calif.; sister, Sandra Edmonds of Mesquite, Nev.; and by nieces and nephews and longtime friend John Brandenburg, Kenai, Alaska.
Arrangements were made by Chippewa Valley Cremation Services.
