Richard Houghton Obituary
Richard Charles Houghton, 68, passed away Sunday at the veterans hospital in Seattle surrounded by his friends and family.
He was born in Tacoma, Washington, on May 24, 1943, to William Charles Houghton and Bonnie Jean Anderson.
He is survived by his daughters, Sarah and Emily Houghton, and his three brothers.
Richard served our country through the armed services, and we thank him for that. For more than 50 years, he enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing pool and being surrounded by friends.
Richard always had stories to tell, and with the great sense of humor we will all miss. He will be in our hearts forever.
A memorial service will be held at 360-A Sandy Shore Road, Chimacum, on Sunday, November 13, 2011, at 1 p.m.
