Dorothy will be remembered for her good sense of humor, and always delivering the punch line at just the right time. What an incredible memory she had, one most would be envious of. She was also known to be quite the flirt, with a grin that no one could resist. She had many good ideas about a multitude of things, putting her personal touch on many things she handcrafted. She loved to swim, and helped children at the local pool to learn how as well. She loved Westerns, who could blame her with all those handsome cowboys. But most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. My family and I will miss being her friend.

Aunt Dorothy was such a wonderful aunt to me, I have so many wonderful memories coming to your house which included enjoying the great food that you prepared and the delicious homemade desserts. She also loved playing games and was always wanting to teach me if I had not a clue! I was so proud when I asked her to make my wedding dress and she did not hesitate in saying yes. She did an excellent job!! I am glad that I was able to spend the time with her. She will always have a special place in my heart since she is one of my favorite aunts. I am so glad that I was able to see you Wednesday, I know that you knew I was there now you can rest in peace. I love you Aunt Dorothy and I will see you again sometime soon. Say hello to my Mom and brother and give them a kiss for me! I will miss you!!!!!
