God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be,
So he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to me."
With tearful eyes we watched you suffer, saw you fade away,
Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands laid rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us he only takes the best.

Sylvia, Loretta and Christy, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your parents were inspirations to all who knew them at PNH. Mickey was a true gentle man and a dear friend to all. My life is richer for knowing him and Irene. I loved working with them both (and you too Sylvia). You are all lucky to have them for parents. My heart is saddened at your loss. To all the Heath Family
I first met Mickey, and his wife, working with the Red Cross at the Naval Hospital. He was a fine man and everyone thought a great deal of him. I hope you find comfort in knowing this and also what a full and giving life he led. Lorrie Alexander
