Barbara retired from the Pensacola News Journal after 23 years. She was a 20 year survivor of breast cancer. Barbara was a prankster and loved to talk and tell jokes .To her horror, her great grand- children called her Blah Blah. She loved the beach and always looked like a million dollars, with her suntan and beautiful smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Inez Harris and a brother Buddy Harris.

She is survived by her sister Patricia (Dave) Stevens, children Cindy (Fred) Flack, Cathy Tourney and Ja (Christy) Catches, grandchildren Keith, Kevin, Amber, Amanda and Courtney (whom she raised), six great Grandchildren, and many special relatives.

A special thanks to friend Sandra (Glen) Neal for all of her love and care.

Memorial services will be held at Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home on Thursday, March 14, at 1pm with Chaplin Ken Griffen officiating.
