Clarence Louis



Dr. Clarence J. Louis 66 expired suddenly Friday May 23, 2014. Dr. Louis was a 1964 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic School. Upon graduation from High School he enrolled at Xavier University in New Orleans where he obtained the Bachelor degree with honors in Chemistry. In 1969 he enlisted in the US Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1982 with the rank of Captain. He graduated with honors from the University of Louisville school of medicine with the degree in Neuro-surgery. Dr. Louis was in private practice in Cincinnati, O. until relocating back to Pensacola.

He is lovingly survived by his mother Mrs. Marie Mims; sisters & brother-in-law Rebecca & Ernie Walker, Sr., & Charley (Lee Robbins) Harris, nephews & nieces Ernie Walker, Jr., Antonette Walker-Ford, Sharley & Wesley Smith, Harvey (Joann) Harris, Jr., & Patricia Harris-Bentley as well as numerous other relatives & friends.

Services will be Wednesday 10:30 am at Benboe Funeral Home with Deacon Gene Pallone officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.
