Beau Gregory

Beau Gregory Peterson, 32 of Pensacola, FL died Friday, February 15, 2013.

Beau was born in Shreveport, LA on January 11, 1981, and lived in Shreveport, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Birmingham, Brewton and Pensacola. He attended school in New Orleans at Isidore Newman School and in Pensacola at Episcopal Day School, Cordova Park Elementary, Creative Learning Center and graduated from Catholic High School where he was a member of the tennis team. He attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a degree in Finance. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Beau next attended Cumberland School of Law where he earned his Law Degree. After Law School Beau moved to Brewton, AL and worked for Attorney Everett Price and Attorney Jim Hart, III. He also worked as the assistant manager for the Country Club of Brewton. Beau passed the Florida Bar Exam and went to work for the Office of the State Attorney for the First Judicial District of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney. He was doing what he loved, being in the court room. He was proud to become a member of INNS of Court. Beau served on the Session at First Presbyterian Church of Pensacola. He was also a member of the Rotary Club International.

Beau loved life. He especially loved his mother and his sisters, Ashley and Tiffany. He loved the beach, fishing, hunting, and target shooting with his father, anything about computers, boats, BMW's, great times with his brother-in-law Chad, his greatest joy HENRY, tennis, golf, Jazz and all music, dancing, singing Karaoke Country Music and volunteering within the community (Fiesta children's court with his friends at an early age was a great memory).

Beau could tell you the best of everything from laundry detergent or the best red wine for any occasion. He was a gourmet cook and loved fine wine (especially on his mother's credit card).

He developed a new love and that was flying copilot with his roommate's father. He thoroughly enjoyed his time spent with his roommate, Bryan Hamlin laughing, joking and just being himself. Bryan's tribute to Beau is a new Chocolate Lab which he has named Elly after Beau's niece that Beau so adored. Beau loved Shelby Carson. He was a friend to everyone.
