Norma Jean Hinnant

Norma Jean Hinnant was born on March 15, 1936 in Clairfield, Tennessee to Virgil and Edith Lindsay, and entered into Heaven on February 25, 2013. She was a resident of Crestview, Florida since 1956. Norma Jean worked for the State of Florida, for 37 years in Foster Care. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, David Wesley Hinnant, one brother, Dudley Clarence Lindsay and wife Faye, two daughters, Donna Yount and husband Ron, Sherri Hill and husband Jon, two step children, Mary McKnight and husband Ricky, David Louis Hinnant, and wife Wendy, one granddaughter, Lindsay Lee Ritter, and husband James Ritter, two step-grandchildren, Maggie Christina Haynes and husband Jeff and Jon Micah Hill. Eight great grandchildren, Anna Louise and Austin Miles McKnight, Bryce Christian Hinnant, J T and Jayden Ritter, Josiah, Madison and Mackensey Haynes. Nieces and Nephews: Kim White and husband Lee, Michael Lindsay and wife Faye, Cindy Weeks and husband John, Sandra Krasen and husband Jerry, Debbie McGrady and husband Bill, Tim Roberts and wife Raelynn and numerous great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013, 1:00 p.m. at Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home, Crestview, Florida with funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend John Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the Liveoak Park Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Whitehurst Powell Funeral Home in Crestview.
