Sean M. Kerr 'Seanski' 'Skeeze', 27, passed away suddenly in a car accident late July 4, 2012 in Pensacola, FL. He was born born January 29, 1985 to Edocia 'Lynn' Kerr and Mark Kerr, Sr. in Houston TX. Sean attended Gulf Breeze High and graduated from Pensacola Adult High in 2005.
Sean was an avid believer in not wasting a day and lived his life that way. His biggest pet peeve was sleeping in, especially on the weekends. Throughout the week Sean worked at A.M.F as a welder and fabricator through the S.M.W.I.A as a fourth year apprentice.
Sean kept his passion for the ocean alive by surfing and fishing every chance he had. He recently started bar backing and learning to bar tend at the Sabine Sand Bar on Pensacola Beach, he said it was a perk of the job to get to watch the sunset on the water in the evening.
He loved being on the go and spending time with his friends. Sean touched many lives with his upbeat and charismatic personality and will be greatly missed by those he's leaving behind.
"On a mission to see it all and do it all" was Sean's life motto and he's one of the few who did his best to follow through.
Sean is leaving behind his mother, Edocia 'Lynn' Kerr; his father, Mark Kerr, Sr; brother, Mark Kerr, II and his nephew and nieces, Kayson, Ava, and Kirra Kerr.
His memorial will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2012 at the Coastline Calvary in Gulf Breeze. There will be a pot luck reception to follow at Sean's home in Pensacola at 5:00 p.m. for friends and family to celebrate Sean's life with stories and laughter.
The family would personally like to thank the Coastline Calvary, Alabama Metal Fabricators, the Sheet Metal Workers International Assoc., and the Sabine Sand bar for making contributions to help pay for Sean's funeral services.
Also a special thanks to Meaghan Resmondo, Brandon Evans, Chris Witt, Linda Henderson, and Jeff Schenck for all of their help and support.
A memorial fund has been opened in Sean's name at Wells Fargo.
Trahan Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
