1932 - 2012

Charles A. Clark, 79, of Pensacola, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2012. A native of Milton, Charles resided in the local area his entire life, retiring from Monsanto after 31 years of faithful service. He was a veteran of the US Army ( Korean War ) 11th Airborne Division Arty, a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Life Member of National Rifle Association, an Elks Lodge Member, an American Legion Member, a Member of US Army 11th Airborne Artillary Division Association and received a fellowship degree from Loyal Order of Moose for 32 years membership.

Charles is preceded in death by his son, Charles Adon Clark, his mother and father, 4 brothers, a sister and his step-mother and step-father.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Louise Clark; son, Brian Keith Clark (Lorna Marie); daughters Shirley A. Disieno (Thomas Paul), Debra Tullis and RoseAnne Harris ( James); eleven grandchildren and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the funeral home with Dr. Dale Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Pensacola Memorial Gardens.

The family would like to extend heart- felt gratitude to all of the cancer, lung and heart doctors and staff who took such loving care of Charles during his illness.
