Shirley Ann Ward , 67, died at her residence on Sunday, January 6, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Freddie Ward, not withholding numerous family members.
Survivors include: nine siblings, Mildred Dukes, Jeanette Taylor, James Pierson, Roger Pierson, Zelma Duncan, Bobby Pierson, Carol Nicholas, Gerald Owen, and Cathy Flores; as well as her four children, Polly Barnes of Pensacola, FL; Walter Ward of Weeki Wachee, FL; Cliffton Ward of Brewton, AL; and Andy Ward of Gulf Breeze, FL. Shirley also has fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Trahan Family Funeral Home, 419 Yoakum Court, is in charge of arrangements.
Funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the funeral home.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until funeral service begins also at the funeral home.
She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
