Betty Marshall Dulaney, age 85, died March 1, 2013 of natural causes, in Plano, TX.
Betty was born on December 19, 1927, in Auburndale, Florida. Throughout her life, she was a loving mother and wife, a gifted artist, a dedicated businesswoman, and a loyal friend to many. She and her late husband, Bob Dulaney, were members of the Perdido Bay United Methodist Church, in Pensacola, Florida.
She is survived by her children, Otto "Tommy" Thompson and wife Sachiko of Sagamihara, Japan, Sally Thompson Misner and husband Don of Plano, TX, Patti Dulaney Pyatt and husband Walter of Pensacola, Steven Dulaney and wife Debi of Pensacola, Michael Dulaney; three grandsons; Don Misner, Dylan Thompson, Michael Hartman, great grandson, Mason Misner; and many beloved nieces and nephews including Vicki Broadus Owens of Monroeville, AL.
Betty will be remembered for her zest for life, her desire to always have fun in any situation, and most importantly, her total dedication to her family and friends. She loved to tell jokes, play the guitar and sing to anyone who would listen. She will be missed by so many who loved her.
A private graveside service will be held March 13th at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida.
