Earl W. Pritchett died with his loving wife, Patti by his side at a local hospital. Earl was a wonderful husband, father, stepfather, grandpop and brother as well as a great friend! Earl loved almost everyone! He loved fishing, and playing with his grandboys and cooking!

Earl was born in Cambridge, MD. And grew up in Deal Island, MD. He joined the Army combat engineers in 1958 and after that time went into the active National Guard until 1967 when he received his honorable discharge! He worked construction both in Maryland and Pensacola as a plumber/pipefitter.

Earl is proceded in death by his parents, Amy Pritchett Pottle and Earl Winfield Pritchett; and his infant son Shawn Pritchett.

Left to mourn his passing, his wife, Patti Pritchett; Sons and daughter-in-laws, Darren (Tina) Brown, Mark (Tracy) Pritchett, and, Lee (Annette) Tyree. Sister and brother-in-law, Debbie (Billy) McInturff; Sister-in-law, Jan Stultz; Grandchildren, Stephanie and Greg Brown, Drake and Logan Tyree, Sean Prtichett, and Brittany and Chelsey Duvall; a very special nephew, Charlie Chambers; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and many close and loving friends both in Pensacola and Maryland.

Earl was a member of the Amvets Post 292 in Pensacola and the American Legion in Deal Island, Md.

Earl wished to be cremated. Trahan Family Funeral Home will handle the cremation. Later we will have a celebration of his life with friends and family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made in Earl's name to St. Johns Methodist Church, Deal Island, MD. 21821. This little church was very special to Earl.
