Steve Fugate Obituary

CANNELTON – Steve Fugate, 66, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro.
He was born Sept. 16, 1948, in Letcher County, Ky., son of the late Charles Fugate and Flora Lee (Hall) Ward.
Steve was united in marriage to Jannett Faye Littrell July 14, 1973, in North Vernon.
He was a supervisor at Parker Hannifin, retiring in September 2014. Steve was a member of First Baptist Church in Cannelton and enjoyed fishing and target shooting.
Steve is survived by his wife of 41 years, Jan Fugate and daughter Rhonda White, both of Cannelton; son Todd Fugate of Newburgh; brother Jim Hall of High Point, N.C.; and five grandchildren, Peyton and Clayton White, Andrew, Owen and Addy Fugate.
As per his wishes, there will be no funeral services. Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, is handling his arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that you consider donating blood to help those in need. Messages of condolence may be sent to www.huber funeralhome.net.
