TELL CITY - Clem V. Harpenau, 73, passed away Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
Clem was born in Perry County May 18, 1940, to the late Victor and Mary Catherine (Kuntz) Harpenau.
An Army veteran, he was united in marriage Aug. 1, 1964, to Erma Troesch. He was a lifelong farmer and member of St. Pius Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Erma (Troesch) Harpenau; his children, Mark (Lesly), Dennis and Karen Schulte; his sisters, Joyce Mulzer and Eileen Burnette; a brother, Larry Harpenau and four grandchildren, Boston and Cameron Schulte and Christopher and Haley.
A Mass of Christian Burial was conducted Tuesday, Oct. 15, at St. Pius Catholic Church. The Rev. Sengole Thomas officiated. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home in Tell City was in charge of arrangements.
