TELL CITY – Cletus Foster, 91, passed away Friday, Sept. 7, 2018, in Tell City.
He was born April 15, 1927, to Melvin and Olive Wheeler Foster in Spencer Co.
Cletus retired from General Electric. He was a World War II army veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 213.
He is survived by his son, Rodger Foster (Linda) of Tell City; a sister, Lucille Jones of Evansville; his two grandchildren, Nealson Foster (Sarah) and Dexter Foster (Amanda) and four great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife, Louise Talarico Foster, and a sister, Cleta Bertke.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to noon at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with a graveside service at 12:15 p.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church.
