Deeanna K. 'Dee' Titus, 61, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012, at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

She was born June 15, 1951, in Tell City, daughter of the late Arnett and Arlene (Kleeman) Richards. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Stanley Richards.
A 1969 graduate of Tell City High School, Dee worked at Wal-Mart as a cashier. Prior to that, she worked at Julie's Tell Street Café and Perry County Memorial Hospital. Dee's greatest pleasure was time spent with family. She also enjoyed nature walks, crossword puzzles and flea markets. She walked with the Lord in life, so shall she be with him for eternity.
Dee is survived by her sons, David Billow of Westville, Ill., and Tony 'Bug' Billow of Leopold; her grandchildren, David Billow of Westville and Kayla and Kara Billow of Leopold; a niece and nephew and several great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will begin at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, (today) at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.ÊVisitation will be from 3 p.m. until service time. Pastor Ben Rake will officiate.
