Deloris M. Sullivan, 77, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013.

She was born Jan. 9, 1936, in Birdseye.Â Her parents were the late Stelman and Suzie (Harlen) Hobbs.
Also preceding her in death were her husband, Charles Sullivan; a companion of 30 years, Ron Huffines; her daughter, Charlene, in infancy and sons Elmer, Paul, Jeff and Billy Sullivan.
Deloris worked most of her life as a nurse's aide.Â She enjoyed working crossword puzzles and listening to country music.
Surviving are her daughters, Cathy Hardin, Sandy Mullen and Toni Sullivan; her sons, James Austin, John Sullivan, Michael Sullivan and Jerry Wayne Sullivan; a sister, Jeannie Nagel of Salem; two brothers, Junior Hobbs of Holland and Charles Hobbs of Birdseye and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Birdseye.
Visitation will be from 2 until 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, (today) and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday.
