EVANSVILLE - Donna R. (Schroeder) Egbert, 55, passed away April 13, 2013, at her home.
She was born in Perry County Feb. 11, 1958. Donna was a 1976 graduate of Tell City High School and a 1978 graduate of Lockyear Business College.
She married John Egbert Aug. 15, 1987, at Evangelical United Church of Christ, where Donna was a member while living in Tell City.
She was currently employed as a district administrator for Radio Shack of America. Donna enjoyed gardening and being on her computer, especially doing genealogy research.
Donna is survived by her husband, John M. Egbert; a daughter, Melanie Quates (Reggie) of Newburgh; her grandchildren, Makayla Welborn and Kameron Quates; her parents, Kenneth and Ruth Schroeder of Tell City; a sister, Regina Witte (Rick) of Evansville; her sisters-in-law, Susan Frank of Florissant, Mo., and Mary Ann Hanson of Evansville and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
