TELL CITY – June Linne, 79, passed away Feb. 6, 2014, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.

She was born June 9, 1934, in Cannelton, daughter of the late Bennie and Ruby (Kincaid) Bolin. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Linus F. Linne, who passed away Oct. 2, 2013, a brother, Leroy Bolin and a nephew, John Bolin.
A 1952 graduate of Troy High School, June retired as chief financial officer from Perry County Memorial Hospital in 1996. She worked there for over 35 years. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Ann's Society and Harry G. Myers American Legion Auxiliary Post 142. June enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Kay Linne and Jenny Linne, both of Tell City; her sons, Mike Linne (Vickie) of Dillsboro and Bob Linne (Cheryl) of Tell City; a sister, Opal McCarthy of Tell City; nine grandchildren, Theresa Linne, Tamara Linne, Brandon Linne, Amy Campbell, Amber Rogier, Amanda Young, Myra Ridener, Lisa Feix and Austin Linne; a stepgrandson, Karl Young and 13 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Cannelton, with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. The Rev. Sengole Thomas Gnanaraj will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church, Perry County Memorial Hospital or Bolin Cemetery.
