TELL CITY - Marjorie Lyons, 82, passed away Friday, June 28, 2013, at Deaconess Hospital.

She was born Dec. 13, 1930, to the late Jesse and Eunice (Beauchamp) Smith.
Marjorie was married to Dale Lyons, who preceded her in death.
She was a member of Deer Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are her children, Janann Smith and her husband, Wayne of Santa Fe, N.M., and Leanne Spath and her husband, Donnie of Tell City; stepchildren Dana Scott of Troy, Randy Lyons and his wife, Karen of Tell City, Steve Lyons of Evansville and Donald Lyons and his wife, Gretchen of Newburgh; her grandchildren, Lauren Smith, Derek (Sara) Spath, Kaycie Horrom and Melissa Spath; stepgrandchildren Aaron and Matthew Scott, Michele (Matthew) Runkle, Nicole (Jeff) Zoglmann, Eric Lyons and Jon (Faith) Lyons; great-grandchildren Jocelyn Smith Rodriguez, and Jaidyn and Rylie Horrom and stepgreat-grandchildren, Lily and Jackson Runkle.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, July 2, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Pastor Elmer Shelby officiated. Burial was in Deer Creek Cemetery.
