MILLSTONE - Rhonda Lynn Carter, 48, passed away Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at her home, after fighting breast cancer since December 2012.
She was born in Tell City Aug. 17, 1965.  Rhonda was a 1984 graduate of Tell City High School and had worked at ATTC. She enjoyed her kids, grandkids, family and friends, movies and old sitcoms and watching her son, Trevor, play baseball and golf.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Carter.
Surviving are her children, Heather Lynn Gannaway and husband, Shawn of Owensboro, Ky., and Trevor William Carter at home; her grandchildren, Kaleb, Aysia, Amya and Jayda; her mother, Oris Carter Savage of Tell City; a brother, Bob Carter and fiancée, Tani Cleeton of Chandler; a sister, Nancy Nelson and husband Neal of Louisville; a nephew, Carter Nelson; her dog, Pugsly and many friends.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
