BRISTOW – Ruth Bell Graves, 88, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand.

She was born in Bristow April 4, 1925, to the late George and Stella (Beard) Aders.
Also preceding her in death was her husband, Ray B. Graves; a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Susan Graves; a son-in-law, Robert "Bob" Davidson; brothers, Ray, Ameal, Raymond, Casper and Addison; sisters, Leona VanHoosier, Frieda Huff and Irene Friedel.
Ruth was a member of Oak Ridge Pentecostal Church for many years and was currently a member of Huntingburg Outreach Ministry Church. She was a dedicated homemaker and loved going to church, playing piano, mushroom hunting, her beautiful flower gardens and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her children, Genevieve Davidson, Delores Sturgeon (Glen VanWinkle), Bob (Dixie) Graves and Darold (Darlene) Graves, all of Bristow, seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 5, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. The Rev. Gene Marcrum will officiate. Burial will follow in Bristow Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
