Passed away peacefully at home in Santa Rosa, with her husband and family by her side, on November 20, 2012 at the age of 77. Loving wife of 55 years to Richard Muzio of Santa Rosa; Adored mother of Julie Law of Santa Rosa, Craig Muzio (Lesley) of Los Angeles and Nicole Muzio of Santa Rosa; Beloved grandmother of Angelina Law, Emily Law and Anthony Muzio, all of Santa Rosa; Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sons Richard Jr. and Stephen and her brother Clinton King. Born in Histle, South Dakota, Charlotte lost her mother at an early age. She learned to take care of her brother and their home when she was very young and became an excellent cook and seamstress. Among other hobbies she enjoyed gardening and reading. Above all, Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Whether that time was spent creating heirlooms and keepsakes, traveling to new places, or working together on projects or meals… she liked to make others happy. She was kind, generous, loving, patient, selfless, and always gave to others before thinking of herself.
Private services will be held. Private Inurnment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Santa Rosa. If desired, donations in Charlotte's memory may be made to Sutter Care At Home, 1110 North Dutton Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.
