Passed away in Petaluma on November 18, 2012 at the age of 97 years. She was the devoted daughter of the late Grace (Smith) and Simon Cosner, Loving wife of the late Carleton P. Willson; caring mother of Robert Willson of Lake County, Grant (Debbie) Willson of Austin, TX, Linda (Steve) Buffo of Petaluma and the late David (Hau of Portland, OR) Willson. She was the doting grandmother of eleven, great grandmother of twelve with one more on the way, and great-great grandmother of one. Margaret is survived by her brother David Cosner and her sister Roberta Dye and was the dear sister of deceased siblings, Daris Cosner, Chester Cosner, Durward Cosner, Helen Nickeson, Sicely Coffelt, Vallie Goff, Clinton Cosner and Wanda Luzier. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Margaret was born in Wildell, Greenbrier County, WV in 1915. She attended grammar school in Porterwood, WV and graduated from Parsons High School. She lived her adult life in California. Margaret was a devoted Christian and a long time resident of Marin and Napa County and most recently, of Petaluma. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Office and Professional Workers union.
Margaret delighted her family and friends with her ready recall of famous poems and songs often reciting them line for line perfectly. She loved nature, camping, hiking and fishing and had a special affinity for hummingbirds.
