A wonderful man who had a wonderful life...seeing the 5 pews filled with Jane, 8 kids, 7 outlaws and 20 grands says it all. At one point during the luncheon - i was sitting with a Protevi, one McGinnis, 3 McHughs and a Bonner - cant make that up. Godspeed to you all OX! Krisi

It seems my first message didn't go through so I'll try again.

To all the Bonner family:

Please know we share the sadness of your loss of a wonderful husband and father. Jim was our friend and neighbor and we shared many laughs together. Also recall how he enjoyed serving eggnog at Easter! May he rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers and love are with you all.

Sending all my love to the Bonners. So many great times together on Memorial Day, down the shore, on Christmas night. I know my dad and big Jim are setting up their Flyers watching schedule already.

Dear Bonner's,
We are all so saddened to hear about your Dad's passing. I remember him fondly from our childhood in Sea Isle and especially as the host of so many Memorial Day parties in Newtown Square. I can picture him playing ball on the beach with all the kids. Most indelible however was when he came over to do taxes with my Dad. What is typically a somber event for most, was the exact opposite with Jim Bonner. The house shook with laughter till I fell asleep. Go "figure!" Your Dad was a gentleman of the old school with a playful smile and was a wonderful friend to the McHugh family. He persevered through a lot of life challenges. I know the West Catholic boys are honoring his arrival right now. Blessings to Aunt Jane and the whole Bonner family! Love, Deirdre McHugh Dooner
