HARRY P., age 91, of Ridley Park, passed away peacefully Monday, July 1, 2013, at Taylor Hospice House, Ridley Park.
Harry was born in Collingdale, Pa and is a 1940 graduate of Collingdale High School. A veteran of the United States Navy, Harry proudly served as a CB in World War II and the Korean War. After his years of service to our country Mr. Macauley worked as a cost estimator in the construction business for his entire career, retiring from Roman Mosaic, Inc. in 1988.
He is predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Gen, Betty, Helen, Louis (Bud), and Ed. Survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Marie C. Macauley; his loving children, Stephen (Lisa) Macauley, Kevin (Donna) Macauley, Patricia (Keith) Wildonger and 10 grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation this Saturday, July 6th, from 9:45 to 10:45 A.M., at St. Madeline Catholic Church, 110 Park St., Ridley Park PA, followed by Mass at 11 A.M. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield PA. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Taylor Hospice House, 300 Johnson Ave., Ridley Park PA 19078, would be appreciated.
